Classes resume for ” Blue and White ” is indeed today, Monday, September 5, 2016, according to the timing of the Congolese Government. Rally led by Etienne Tshisekedi declared, Saturday, September 3, ” the ” no school Monday ”. This, in its fight for the holding of an inclusive dialogue and respect for the Constitution. The Teachers Union of Congo -SYECO- was clearly opposed to the thing on the same day. Other structures have also reacted. Among others, the parents’ association of Protestant schools. She said no. ” It does not take the children to suffer the political turpitude ”, hammering its leaders. For its part, the Government, through its spokesman, Lambert Mende, castigates with the greatest firmness this attempt ” to take students hostage. ” On Monday there will be no or school? The question remains. But the one and the other will be fixed shortly.

The reverse of the economy are for ages integral unfortunately the school years and years. In a political context, this time better than before, the school year could cost the tensions of political life. Indeed, the stakes supporting the political game invite in school life. After the trays TVs, street corners, street, institutions especially the parliament, the differences of opinion between the ruling power and the opposition will be invited in the courts and halls of schools.

    The initiative

It’s Rally after what the initiative. Not to nail the schools but to send strong signals so strong, power, and the international community in short, those who have to go to the city of the African Union to participate in the dialogue convened last week by Edem Kodjo, the facilitator said he rejects forum. It is indeed the same day that the work of the dialogue should begin after two days of fruitless visibly miraculous catches. Jean-Marc Kabund-A-Kabund, explained the contours of this appeal that part of the impressive team of civil disobedience acts announced by the Rally of social and political forces to change acquired on September 1. “We launched a day without school. We wish that parents aspiring to a good education, a decent job to take care of children, to support the action of the Rally for things to change in this country (…) The Constitution provides for example free of education and parents continue to support children and schools, “confided the new secretary general of the Union for Democracy and Social Progress. “Many children do not study there. The school became a real headache for parents. This diet deprives millions of children to school. We want this action to be national (…) As long as Kabila multiply maneuvers to stay in power, the situation of education will always be a problem. The problem is governance. Our educational system is broken, “he concluded.

    The Government’s response

“It is the scorched earth. It’s really unpatriotic. This is madness. It is criminal to take the children hostage. We can not roll back the country like that with irresponsible people. What message to parents? Do not follow this call. Monday there was indeed school year. What is the responsible parent will agree to keep her child at home in the name of the individual interests of some politicians (…) It is not with the children we will save democracy. It’s criminal! You must come to the negotiating table. This violates the international conventions on children’s rights, “reacting to hot, Lambert Mende Omalanga struggling with bloodhounds purposes.

No to ” the dead school ”

The SYECO says no to Rally initiative. Jean-Pierre Kimbuya, the Secretary General of this structure, said after a meeting with journalists. For him, ” the teachers’ demands are found in the specifications of the Union held by the government. ” Thus, the call to “the dead school,” in his words, is not intended to satisfy. ” As a parent representative, I can not accept that children suffer. Children are the future of tomorrow. We are for change, but their children are in Europe. I can not accept that. Children must be protected. They have the right to life and in school. Maybe for the risks, but I will like that the children go to school. On Monday, the children will go to school ”, says Prosperous Muzinga, Vice President of the Parents Association of Protestant subsidized schools. The slogan of the rally he will be listened to? This gigantic political platform that oversees the lider maximo she is ready to receive its first flop? Wait and see.

Monday, October 24 2016, the facilitator of the dialogue of the city of the AU, Edem Kodjo, together with the Co-moderators has personally presented the political agreement to President Kabila. The great figures of the various components were also there. Notably, Samy Badibanga, Ruberwa Shadary Emmanuel, Marie Madeleine Kalala, Michel Bongongo Ms. Maguy Kiala etc.

This face-to-face took place within the GLM concession in Gombe. This encounter not much filtered. But the alert to the opinion arose many questions. However, during the meeting at the menu, the flagship news topics had to be reviewed. This is, among others, the Luanda summit to be held tomorrow, the first steps of implementation of the agreement, namely; the establishment of the Government in November and various other aspects. The nagging question of the quest for inclusiveness has likewise been probably abordée.Car, while some advocate the holding of a second dialogue to complete the agreement unearthed in the city of the African Union, to others, against, reject this option.

That, by claiming that the said prosecution for inclusiveness must rather be in meetings or political cabals. That way, should not overshadow the dialogue ended October 18, 2016. And, let alone destroy its resolutions and acquired. To be honest, the politics in the DRC conditioned by the issues of the day remains unquestionably attached to the impact of the Luanda summit on October 26.

According to the Politico.cd news site, the Chinese bank that should buy BIAC does not exist. In vain, the purpose of the politico.cd site sought China Taihe Bank on the list of Chinese banking institutions. Read!

China Taihe Bank, whose Congolese subsidiary China Taihe Bank of Congo, according to the Governor of the Central Bank of Congo, Deogratias Mutombo, takes over BIAC, has not found any tangible evidence of the existence of the Chinese bank China Taihe Bank. Editor of Politico.cd

Remember that the shareholders of the International Bank for Africa in the Congo (BIAC) decided to dissolve it at the end of a general meeting on November 4th, with the aim of preserving the interests of savers, And creditors of the bank.

For shareholders, the ideal is mainly to reimburse their clients (400,000 savers), which are struggling in this period of economic crisis that runs through Congo-DRC.

This decision was made when the Central Bank of Congo (BCC) was placed under guardianship for a period of 180 days since last June, resulting in no recovery, as promised by the Governor of the BCC.

And yet, last week, Deogratias Mutombo promised a continuous takeover of the bank by Chinese operators, a promise he made last year, To materialize. “The China Taihe Bank, whose capital is valued at more than 24 billion US dollars, will take over BIAC through a Congolese subsidiary China Taihe Bank of Congo,” said the Governor of the BCC.

However, no bank weighing more than 24 billion and called “China Taihe Bank” exists in China.

According to our excavations, there is only one reference whose name comes close to it without being the case. It is the branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) in Taihe Xian, an administrative district of Anhui Province in People’s China.

Joined by Politico.cd, the officials of this bank do not recognize any operation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. “I am not aware of a takeover of a bank by the ADBC at this time and, especially, in Africa,” said an official of the Chinese bank.

“We do not have operations abroad, we only operate in China, so it is an astonishing information,” he continued in English.

Led by Shumin Zhu, the Agricultural Development Bank of China is a bank of Chinese policy under the Central People’s Bank of China (PBOC).

As such, it is responsible for funding projects related to China’s economic growth. As a result, it has no intervention or subsidiary outside China, as stipulated by Governor Deogratias Mutombo.

The ADBC also provides various banking services in China, including loans for the purchase of cereals, edible oils and cotton; Loans for the transfer and exploitation of rural land, industrial enterprises, agricultural science and technology projects, construction of rural infrastructure and agricultural development, construction of rural circulation systems, renovation of housing …

Moreover, the ADBC whose capital is more than 2.549 billion US dollars, has been undergoing a crisis since 2015.

According to Reuters, this bank, the third belonging to the Chinese state, had to resort to an injection of more than 24.2 billion dollars from the Ministry of Finance in April 2015.

In addition, China Tahie Bank does not exist on the list of Chinese banks.

    http://www.politico.cd/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/china-bank.jpg

Joined by phone, relatives of the shareholders of BIAC say not to be surprised by such a revelation. “We are faced with people who have never been honest and therefore, this is not a surprise,” says a relative of the shareholders who requested anonymity. “They are looking for BIAC for a ridiculous price, but it may cost more than they imagine,” he concludes.

For the sake of truthfulness of the information, the editorial staff of Politico.cd also attempted to join the BCC’s communication service which, at least, is unreachable and silent, to set national and international opinion On this fictitious Chinese bank.

The New Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco, Rachid Agassim, arrived in Kinshasa two weeks ago. After his effective appointment, he preferred to make contact with Congolese and Moroccans living in Kinshasa. It is in this perspective that he gathered them Friday, December 23, 2016 in the sumptuous Salle Etoile of the hotel Pullman de la Gombe. A message was delivered. In this one, he presented his satisfaction to find himself in the country of the late President of Zaire Mobutu. He also acknowledged the sincere and supportive support of DR Congo throughout the period of rupture with the African Union. The latter is not limited only here, it extends to other African countries, notably: Tanzania, Rwanda, Mauritius, Benin, Mozambique … It has also been shown that the relations between these countries Two countries are profound. This is reflected in the presence of the Congolese Community in Morocco, which is well integrated and enjoys all rights and benefits from the advantages of the new migration policy. ADDRESS OF THE AMBASSADOR OF MOROCCO, REPRESENTATIVE OF HIS MAJESTY THE KING IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO

    Excellencies,

    Honorable Guests

    Ladies and gentlemen

It is with great pleasure that I address you this evening here in Kinshasa.

I opted for a first contact by limiting this modest reception to a meeting between Moroccans and Congolese.

The reason is obvious, our countries enjoy an excellent relationship at all levels.

Morocco will never forget the solidarity and courageous position of the DRC, just as we had left the OAU, and today when we decided to return to the African family. The support of the DRC was and remains sincere and solidarity.

We have a Congolese community in Morocco that is well integrated and enjoys all rights and also benefits from the new migration policy initiated by His Majesty the King that God Assists and whose second phase has just been Inaugurated a few days ago.

This new migration policy is a perfect illustration of the deep and sincere bonds that exist between our two countries, as well as with all the countries of our dear continent.

If we were outside the AU in recent years, we have never left Africa, we are there through our projects and cooperation programs at all levels: diplomatic, economic, cultural and religious. ..

We believe in Africa. We trust in Africa solidarity, generosity, richness and humanity. We believe in the sincere spirit of South-South cooperation.

It is in this spirit that I express the will of my country to strengthen and revitalize bilateral cooperation with the DRC, this great country, not only by its size, but also by its great people and its countless wealth.

I wish with all my heart peace, stability and progress at the DRC.

I would also like to take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year.
