Your Excellency the President of the Republic,
Giving a retrospective look at the ambitious action you have undertaken in the service of pacification and reconstruction of our country over the last fifteen years, it appears that the Democratic Republic of Congo, our country, which you have found in shreds and Ruin, is today a reunified, pacified country that has returned to economic growth, thus initiating its flight towards emergence.
Congratulating ourselves on these achievements, we implore The Almighty to grant you even more lucidity and courage to meet the many challenges that the year 2017 will bring to the best of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
