M23 terrorists massacre civillians Rugari

New killings reported in the villages of Bugomba and Kabungu , 2 villages in the locality of Rugari in the territory of Rutshuru the night of this Monday to Tuesday, October 10.
These two villages are under the control of the M23 terrorists.
7 people including basic executives were killed, some by bullets and others by machetes.

Accused by the M23 terrorists of being in contact with the Wazalendo, they were taken out of their homes and shot dead.

4. GOD-LOVE MATEMANE (Budyuku)
