Thus, Daniel Paluku Kisaka Yere Yere, in view of his know-how and intrinsic qualities, was nominated by the high hierarchy of his party to animate this ministry. He is an early worker.

Daniel Paluku Kisaka Yere Yere officially took office on Friday, December 23, 2016, as Minister of Social Affairs, Solidarity and Humanitarian Affairs. Ms. Degbalase, who assumed her duties, passed the staff of command to Daniel Paluku under the control of the Secretary-General for Social Affairs. Understanding to the letter and perfectly the choice of the President of the Republic, to take up his responsibilities, Minister Paluku remained confident about the future of this ministry, considering his professional qualities. She then thanked Minister Daniel Paluku Kisaka Yere Yere for his brilliant nomination as Minister of Social Affairs, Solidarity and Humanitarian Affairs. The Federation of the MSR Kinshasa recommended to the Minister to mark the difference by raising the standard and the image of our dear party the MSR in a protector that embodies its political ideal in the strict sense: “social democracy” ‘To serve the people the foundation of our existence’ ‘.
