Given the MoU and free membership of different political and social formations to the ideal and objective pursued by the political platform mix for the Republic, signed on 04.25.2016, especially in Articles 8, 9 and 10;

Considering the commitment to the act of GENVAL and commitment to the principles and political positions defended in the Rally of social and political forces acquired to change;

Alternation understood that the Republic has delegated person or group of people, a member of the platform, to participate in the preparatory work of the dialogue that led Mr. Edem Kodjo, moreover challenged by the Rally of political and social forces gained change;

Considering the free decision by the National President of the Alliance of Labor Congolese political Development, ATD acronym, translated by his presence at the opening session of the dialogue said in flagrant contradiction with the political line taken by the rally;

Given the urgency;

Decides: excluding political Congolese Alliance of Labor Development, ATD acronym, the mix platform for the Republic.
