As every December 28, Honelex 61 honors the memory of Patrice Emery Lumumba and remembers its very first popular meeting organized in Leopoldville. Jean-Paul Kasende has included this date in his agenda since Fr. Lumumba bequeathed to the youth and politicians this important message. Indeed, on 28 December 1958 the first meeting of the Congolese National Movement was held in Leopoldville. It was based on the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and set itself three priority objectives: Accelerating the “democratization” of the institutions of the Belgian Congo; Independence and opposition to any form of partition of the Congo.
Thus, each year, the initiator of Honelex61 pays tribute and reminds the Congolese what the National Hero’s struggle was. Today, in the columns of your daily newspaper, Prosperity, he returns to this episode of truth. Lumumba challenged the Congolese on their future and called them to share with courage and lucidity the hopes about their history and their past. It is the best meeting of the political life of PE Lumumba which gave the impetus of its speech of June 30, 1960. It is time that the Congolese of the center and the interior make known to the world that they do not Are in no way divided but united for the same and just cause “.
On this historic occasion, Lumumba had given a faithful and authentic account of the work of the Conference of the Rally of African Peoples in which he had taken part, first and then he had set out the program of action of the National Congolese Movement, A typically African inspiration whose fundamental goal was the liberation of the Congolese people from the colonial regime and its attainment of independence. “We fight for truth and justice. This truth will triumph, even if it is trampled today, ‘said Lumumba.
Honelex 61 pays tribute to this monument of Congolese politics and invites the Congolese to become aware of the political commitment taken by P-E Lumumba. He wished that the youth could take cognizance of this meeting of 28 December 1958 which, moreover, gave the decisive points to the Congolese not to give up arms against the neocolonialism. To the youth, Lumumba knew that she should live the darkest moment in relation to colonization which was more tender than neocolonialism. Lumumba call on young people to be united and not to follow the messages of politicians. ” Youth leagues in political parties are political militias ”. If the youth read this message from Lumumba, it will not be able to follow the wicked politicians but, rather, engage in a nationalist vision. This message, he said, was also addressed to the Congolese to prepare for independence and so that the Congo could not sink into tribal divisions, as we see to this day.
He thinks that the political class remembers the content of the meeting to understand that 58 years later it is still in dialogue at the Interdiocesan Center in Kinshasa to solve a problem that P. Lumumba warned in his time. His message reproaches the contrary actions of the political leaders with regard to the first historic meeting of Lumumba of December 28, 1958. ” If people had really internalized this discourse, we could have avoided the DRC what we know today, Hui. The proof is that in dialogue there is only one religious denomination that leads the dialogue “. The political parties are more tribalized than in 1960: “In our action for the conquest of the independence of the Congo, which we want totally, we have never ceased to proclaim that we were against no one but against the Domination, injustice and abuse and that we simply want to free ourselves from the hindrances of colonialism with all its consequences “.
P. Lumumba demonstrates that despite our independence, the Congolese must put the interest of the Nation first. According to JP Kasende, Lumumba is a hero but we do not practice his ideology because we live in moments of fear. “It was a motivational meeting, Fr. Lumumba gave a boost of courage to politicians to engage and confront colonization.” He declares that “The Congolese State will be based on the Equality, Solidarity and Fraternity of all Congolese. This is why our Movement will always oppose, with all its strength, the balkanization of the national territory under any pretext whatsoever. Ladies and gentlemen, all the forces of the country must be mobilized to participate in the achievement of the objectives we have just defined for the well-being of all.For this circumstance as a tribute to Patrice-Emery Lumumba, Honelex61 observed a pious thought on the occasion of the second anniversary of the death of widow Marie Opango Pauline who died two years ago on December 23, 2014.
And to J.P. Kasende to add: “To be a Lumumbist is to bring the social to the Congolese population. Patrice-Emery Lumumba sacrificed his life for the Congo. If he returned to life, he could thank those who fought him to the death because there are some who up to this day prove that they are anti-Lumumba. On the other hand, those who call themselves Lumumbists would disappoint him because they never showed themselves to his enemies whom they loved Lumumba. If they loved Lumumba, they would, by their behavior, lead our country on the road to a great and beautiful country dreamed by P. Lumumba. A great nation is the one that gives birth to a great man, “he said.

While some celebrated the Nativity of Christ, the others, on the other hand, celebrated their birthday. This is the case of Jacques-Noël Kawumbu who combined the two. He was born on 25 December 1977 in Tshofa, in the Province of Lomami. It is a fruit of Ebondo and Mbula. On the occasion of the remembrance of his birth, a Mass of thanksgiving, grafted to that of Christmas, was celebrated at the Parish Christ-Roi in Kasa-Vubu, where his wife, his children, familiar and close, Are found in large numbers. After the Eucharist, his followers went to the home of Mr Jean-Bosco Elumba Mpungwe, where they were expected for a demonstration.
On December 25 of each year, Christians throughout the world remember the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas 2016 was under the sign of peace. The latter was the main message of Pope Francis to the whole world, in particular to the Congolese people. He called for an end to the divisions and demanded that all people of good will undertake a path of development and sharing, preferring the culture of dialogue to the logic of confrontation. The same appeal was made by Cardinal Laurent Monsengwo, who asked every Christian not to kill his fellow man and above all by arms. For he said, “Whoever kills with the sword shall perish also by the sword.” The Cardinal’s communication, as read by the Principal Celebrant of the Mass, was internalized by Jacques-Noël who celebrated his 39th birthday today.
Who is he ?
Jacques Kawumbu Ebondo is a son from Tshofa, located in the District of Lubao, in the Province of Lomami. He saw the day on December 25, 1977 by thanks to Mamma Mbula, his mother and father Ebondo, his father. He is married to Madame Francine. He is the father of three children, including two daughters and a boy. He did his primary studies at the E.P.A Nambutwile and humanitarian at the Shabana Institute. He is a graduate in general pedagogy. Jacques-Noël Kawumbu, is an officer of the Congolese National Police, where he renders great services to the Nation. He currently holds the rank of Deputy Senior Commissioner. In his address to the manifestation, he at once gave thanks to God Almighty, the master of time and circumstance, for having protected him during all the time that he spent on earth. Then he thanked his wife, his children and especially his dear friend, Jean-Bosco Elumba, who broke in four for the accomplishment of the demonstration. He finally reiterated the call for unity and peace. He will always be at the service of the people for his protection and that of his possessions, he said in the end.

If Florent Ibenge Ikwange published last Friday the list of 31 Leopards pre-selected for Can Gabon 2017, his opponents of chickens Hervé Renard of the Lions of the Atlas of Morocco, Claude Le Roy of the Sharks of Togo and Michel Dussuyer of the Elephants of The Ivory Coast do not cross the arms. They also made public the lists of their players summoned. A pre-selection that sets the scenery of the teams that the Leopards will have to overcome before claiming a place in quarterfinals.
All in all, Hervé Renard has set his sights on a young and inexperienced selection in African competitions. Only seven of the 26 players have ever participated in a CAN. Moreover, the selection remains dominated by the players playing abroad. Only three are from the national championship: Amine Attouchi, Ismail Haddad (WAC), and Mohamed Nahiri (FUS). This is an expanded list of 26 players that will be reduced to 23 players for the trip to Oyem where the Group C matches will take place. Herve Renard has chosen the United Arab Emirates for a ten-day blocked training course. The choice of this place, it is said, has aroused many questions among Moroccans, as well as the choice of two opponents for friendly matches: Iran and Finland. Hervé Renard argued by invoking the “excellent conditions, calm and infrastructure at the top”. Regarding friendly matches, the coach said: “If I have chosen teams away from Africa, it is because the African teams that will meet like us in the UAE could be our potential opponents during the CAN. We must not give more indications to our opponents. ” Hervé Renard’s challenge is first of all the quarter-finals that the Atlas Lions have not reached for 12 years.
Unlike Hervé Renard, Claude Le Roy used a homogeneous team that includes some executives. The case of the dean Emmanuel Adebayor although without club, Agassa Kossi, Romao Jacques Alaixys and others Matthieu Dossevi. On this list there is a big surprise. A player from the second division of Togo, Victor Nukafu is part of this list of 25 players; Also, the return of defender of Rivers United (Nigeria), Yaovi Douhadji Joseph. For his part, Michel Dussuyer publishes his list tomorrow Wednesday 28 December. Wilfried Bony and Max Gradel at one month of the CAN, and Bailly Eric’s reassured state of health, have already learned that the surprise will come from Wilfried Zaha, which will be one of the attractions The CAN in Gabon, where Côte d’Ivoire will have to defend its title acquired in 2015, in Equatorial Guinea.

The New Ambassador of the Kingdom of Morocco, Rachid Agassim, arrived in Kinshasa two weeks ago. After his effective appointment, he preferred to make contact with Congolese and Moroccans living in Kinshasa. It is in this perspective that he gathered them Friday, December 23, 2016 in the sumptuous Salle Etoile of the hotel Pullman de la Gombe. A message was delivered. In this one, he presented his satisfaction to find himself in the country of the late President of Zaire Mobutu. He also acknowledged the sincere and supportive support of DR Congo throughout the period of rupture with the African Union. The latter is not limited only here, it extends to other African countries, notably: Tanzania, Rwanda, Mauritius, Benin, Mozambique … It has also been shown that the relations between these countries Two countries are profound. This is reflected in the presence of the Congolese Community in Morocco, which is well integrated and enjoys all rights and benefits from the advantages of the new migration policy. He finally expressed his concern to strengthen and reinvigorate bilateral cooperation with the DRC. His country was very respectful of freedom of worship, he said. Thus, he wished a good Christmas feast to all Christians. Read in full the message of the Ambassador, Representative of His Majesty the King.
ADDRESS OF THE AMBASSADOR OF MOROCCO, REPRESENTATIVE OF HIS MAJESTY THE KING IN THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF THE CONGO
Excellencies,
Honorable Guests
Ladies and gentlemen
It is with great pleasure that I address you this evening here in Kinshasa.
I opted for a first contact by limiting this modest reception to a meeting between Moroccans and Congolese.
The reason is obvious, our countries enjoy an excellent relationship at all levels.
Morocco will never forget the solidarity and courageous position of the DRC, just as we had left the OAU, and today when we decided to return to the African family. The support of the DRC was and remains sincere and solidarity.
We have a Congolese community in Morocco that is well integrated and enjoys all rights and also benefits from the new migration policy initiated by His Majesty the King that God Assists and whose second phase has just been Inaugurated a few days ago.
This new migration policy is a perfect illustration of the deep and sincere bonds that exist between our two countries, as well as with all the countries of our dear continent.
If we were outside the AU in recent years, we have never left Africa, we are there through our projects and cooperation programs at all levels: diplomatic, economic, cultural and religious. ..
We believe in Africa. We trust in Africa solidarity, generosity, richness and humanity. We believe in the sincere spirit of South-South cooperation.
It is in this spirit that I express the will of my country to strengthen and revitalize bilateral cooperation with the DRC, this great country, not only by its size, but also by its great people and its countless wealth.
I wish with all my heart peace, stability and progress at the DRC.
I would also like to take this opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas and a very happy New Year.

According to the Politico.cd news site, the Chinese bank that should buy BIAC does not exist. In vain, the purpose of the politico.cd site sought China Taihe Bank on the list of Chinese banking institutions. Read!
China Taihe Bank, whose Congolese subsidiary China Taihe Bank of Congo, according to the Governor of the Central Bank of Congo, Deogratias Mutombo, takes over BIAC, has not found any tangible evidence of the existence of the Chinese bank China Taihe Bank. Editor of Politico.cd
Remember that the shareholders of the International Bank for Africa in the Congo (BIAC) decided to dissolve it at the end of a general meeting on November 4th, with the aim of preserving the interests of savers, And creditors of the bank.
For shareholders, the ideal is mainly to reimburse their clients (400,000 savers), which are struggling in this period of economic crisis that runs through Congo-DRC.
This decision was made when the Central Bank of Congo (BCC) was placed under guardianship for a period of 180 days since last June, resulting in no recovery, as promised by the Governor of the BCC.
And yet, last week, Deogratias Mutombo promised a continuous takeover of the bank by Chinese operators, a promise he made last year, To materialize. “The China Taihe Bank, whose capital is valued at more than 24 billion US dollars, will take over BIAC through a Congolese subsidiary China Taihe Bank of Congo,” said the Governor of the BCC.
However, no bank weighing more than 24 billion and called “China Taihe Bank” exists in China.
According to our excavations, there is only one reference whose name comes close to it without being the case. It is the branch of the Agricultural Development Bank of China (ADBC) in Taihe Xian, an administrative district of Anhui Province in People’s China.
Joined by Politico.cd, the officials of this bank do not recognize any operation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. “I am not aware of a takeover of a bank by the ADBC at this time and, especially, in Africa,” said an official of the Chinese bank.
“We do not have operations abroad, we only operate in China, so it is an astonishing information,” he continued in English.
Led by Shumin Zhu, the Agricultural Development Bank of China is a bank of Chinese policy under the Central People’s Bank of China (PBOC).
As such, it is responsible for funding projects related to China’s economic growth. As a result, it has no intervention or subsidiary outside China, as stipulated by Governor Deogratias Mutombo.
The ADBC also provides various banking services in China, including loans for the purchase of cereals, edible oils and cotton; Loans for the transfer and exploitation of rural land, industrial enterprises, agricultural science and technology projects, construction of rural infrastructure and agricultural development, construction of rural circulation systems, renovation of housing …
Moreover, the ADBC whose capital is more than 2.549 billion US dollars, has been undergoing a crisis since 2015.
According to Reuters, this bank, the third belonging to the Chinese state, had to resort to an injection of more than 24.2 billion dollars from the Ministry of Finance in April 2015.
In addition, China Tahie Bank does not exist on the list of Chinese banks.
http://www.politico.cd/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/china-bank.jpg
Joined by phone, relatives of the shareholders of BIAC say not to be surprised by such a revelation. “We are faced with people who have never been honest and therefore, this is not a surprise,” says a relative of the shareholders who requested anonymity. “They are looking for BIAC for a ridiculous price, but it may cost more than they imagine,” he concludes.
For the sake of truthfulness of the information, the editorial staff of Politico.cd also attempted to join the BCC’s communication service which, at least, is unreachable and silent, to set national and international opinion On this fictitious Chinese bank.

For Héritier Tubila, secretary of MJS: “The commune of Kasa-Vubu is unfortunately empty of its vital forces, its talents, and its brains. The social elevator is broken down and young people can no longer imagine how to earn a decent living. Young people whose dreams are cramped in their countries, want to make it happen elsewhere. Just look around to take the measure of change. Young people find it difficult to create their own sense of identity and dignity, because without support they lack spaces to create self-esteem and can not develop self-confidence ” , He explained.https://virungamountains.org
