As a member of the Gathering of Political and Social Forces Acquired for Change, the APC endorses the position of the RASSOP, that of no longer recognising Joseph Kabila as President of the Republic beyond December 31, 2017, and rejects at the same time this semblance of electoral calendar which, according to him, is not only an insult and a contempt for the Congolese people, but also a drawback to the Constitution as well as to the Agreement of December 31, 2016.
DECLARATION OF THE ALLIANCE FOR THE PROGRESS OF THE CONGO RELATING TO THE ELECTORAL CALENDAR
The Alliance for the Progress of Congo which followed last Sunday through the media, with all the Congolese, the publication of a so-called electoral calendar by NANGAA and his team, notes that the President of the Central Electoral comes once again, to put oil on fire. Anxious to perpetuate the power of Joseph KABILA, Corneille NANGAA comes through this act materialised the game of the Presidential Majority, whose sole objective has always been to maintain Kabila in power beyond 2017.
A few weeks ago, you will remember that during my last statement, I denounced all the delaying tactics of NANGAA. Today, the man has arrived at his ends and has just proved once more, in the face of the world, that he is and will remain an undisputed leader of the Presidential Majority.
The APC sees through this calendar, a delaying tactic of the Ceni to keep Kabila and his regime indefinitely in power.
Under Article 64 of our constitution, the Alliance for the Progress of Congo, which says no to this strategy, takes this opportunity to invite the Congolese people to mobilize as one man in order to drive out this dictator and his regime. power they exercise in violation of the constitution.
Long live the DRC.
Long live the sovereign people.
Victory is certain.
