We recently bumped into our Congolese sophisticated sweetheart, Malu Solange and she couldn’t resist the offer of spending a day with us, at our Bandundu Barber shop. When you’re in the business we do, you need a base that people can meet with you while they’re sober and get the information you need from them.

Congolese Barber shop Its very true, people don’t just go to barber shops for only grooming, but also to get and pass on information-the Bandundu Barber shop is a great place to  meet, and also chat.

This space has a studio in the back that can be used for multimedia production and photo-shoot.

Though Most Congolese are creative and want to make it.., its normally the management and studios that are still problematic to find. The only alternative at their disposal is to go to hustlers to make things happen, but most of the time it ends in frustration-taken advantage of, poor production and tacky, etc.

We hope this will change as we intend to set up several Open creative spaces in RDC for people to use and skill share.

We’ve known Solange for sometime and she’s the type you can trust to look after your money with no worries. The most important thing in life apart from her family, are friends that understand and don’t judge you.

We decided to go at the back of the barber shop to play-a beautiful woman has no problem blending- in with the beauty of nature.

Life should not be about looking for imaginary things, but making use, of the simple things at our disposal. Malu Solange will be appearing in our future publications.
