Recruitment of a Consultant (Firm) responsible for the monitoring and control of drinking water works:

The Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo received a donation from the International Development Association (IDA) under the Additional Financing for Supply Project Drinking Water in Urban Areas (PEMU) and intends to use a part of the sums granted to finance the services of the consultant responsible for monitoring and control of power work in drinking water in the city of Kinshasa.
The services under this contract relate to benefits consultant to monitor and supervise the EPA work in the city of Kinshasa, namely:

treatment plant (Construction and equipping of a water treatment plant of 110,000 m3 / day, including the catchment work raw water on the Congo River);
Supply and installation of primary, secondary and tertiary pipelines;
Rehabilitation of hydraulic structures.

CEP-O / REGIDESO invites Consultants (Companies) to indicate their interest in providing the stated benefits, above. Interested Consultants must provide information (brochures, leaflets, cards, certificates and other media …) to assess their capabilities, experience, expertise and performed field missions.
It is brought to the attention of the Consultants that the provisions of paragraph 1.9 of the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers under the IBRD Loans and IDA Credits and Donations” edition January 2011, updated in July 2014 ( “Consultants Guidelines”) concerning the rules of the World Bank’s conflict of interest apply.
Consultants may associate with other firms to enhance their qualifications in the form of a solidarity group or a subcontractor agreement.
A firm will be selected according to the method ” based Selection Quality and Cost “(QCBS) as described in the Guidelines” Procurement Financed by IBRD Loans and IDA Credits, January 2011 edition , updated in July 2014 “.
